We are all doing our very best, and I think it is important to remind ourselves that we can choose how we work and what we focus our energies on. Although ‘the other world’ shown by Leunig above may not be deemed as ‘successful’ in terms of titles and status, it is one in which you can be true to yourself and what you believe in. Hold those thoughts, and it makes it easier to ride the roller coaster of politics and negativity that tends to overshadow all the good things we do.
